All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes as indicated at checkout, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an Order is confirmed.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. In the event a Product becomes unavailable after an Order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund, substitute, or backorder option.

Order Acceptance

Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. An Order is only accepted once we send a confirmation email or notification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Payment Methods

Payment is processed through the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. UltraPC does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an Order before it has shipped by contacting support@ultrapc.store. Once an Order has shipped, cancellation is subject to our Returns policy below.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the displayed price.

Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Certain items (e.g., opened software, custom-built or personalized systems, sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene/security reasons) may be excluded from this right as permitted by law.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact support@ultrapc.store with your order number. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, in a condition allowing resale, unless defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned Product (or proof of return, whichever comes first).

Manufacturer Warranty

Many Products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, independent of any statutory warranty (garantie légale de conformité, Art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and are provided at the time of purchase or on the manufacturer’s website. UltraPC is not the warrantor unless explicitly stated.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of UltraPC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@ultrapc.store. If unresolved, and in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may refer the dispute free of charge to an approved consumer mediator (mediator details to be published prior to launch). Absent resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
